All identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name and all firm partner names, key employees and executives, case specific medical information, witness or expert reports, client and partner dates of birth and social security numbers, firm partner credit reports, partner state bar reports, your firm name, all collateral (cases), all firm financial, tax returns, legal opinions, verdicts, rulings and judgments that are case specific and found in the public domain and all other necessary information to discuss, evaluate consider a loan for your firm.

You may refuse to provide any information at any time to protect your clients and firm in order to comply with any and all ethical and legal requirements that you feel are necessary. ALFC relies on you as the lawyer and/or your non-lawyer executives and firm to protect your data and best interests in compliance with your State Bar and Federal rules.

It is our policy to refuse to provide your information provided to us to any parties not covered in our NDA unless compelled by a legal, formal process. We maintain a written company policy and safeguards to protect all information disclosed including information shared with ALFC employees and all outside parties.

Log Data
